In my record, I never miss to visit my client to hospital, i never unable to get claims for my clients and I will try my best to get documentations done ASAP.
But, recently my baby got fits due high temperature and Im not at home as Im busy with my insurance appointment. My wife had to call ambulance because she cant reach my mobile. How busy i am servicing my client compare to my own family.
My baby admitted to the hospital for 2 days and after that my wife and me got a flu, maybe exposure in the hospital.
My new signed up clients sms me for meet up and asking for the policy documents. I cant entertain her as my baby in hospital and got fever after that.
Then she piss off and she complaint about my service. Then, I let her know my my situation in order to make her understand. But she replied, “You have to balance your time and your problem is your problem”.
I didnt reply as I dont know what to say. When my clients in problems, ill be there for them. But now, I need my time for my family, my client refuse to understand. Please respect my life at least.

who is Nizam??? anyone knows??? He must be a negative person. What he stated in your blog is not important, what U think and how U think of his statement is most important. Never allow anyone to interfere and disturb your feelings when U dont even know who is he.
If you have apologized and done your explanation to this client, that is good enuf. It’s for him or her to accept. Life is in deed a journey not a destination. There are lot of of clients and policy holders waiting for us to help for those who needs help…
